House Washing of Eagle Mountain Lake Property In Fort Worth, TX

One of our existing customers decided that they were going to use Airbnb to rent out their lake house at Eagle Mountain Lake. The property had accumulated a lot of dirt, stains, and cobwebs over the winter months. This customer called on Focus PowerWash to pressure wash and fully clean the exterior of the house prior to having photos taken for the Airbnb posting.

Upon arriving at the property, our team assessed the scope of the project. We saw that the exterior of the house had accumulated a significant amount of dirt, stains, and organic growth. There were also a great deal of cobwebs and insect markings in the eaves. We started out by applying a pre-treatment solution using our soft-wash application equipment to break down the stain’s and to begin to kill the organic growth. It didn’t take long for the solution to work its magic and begin to loosen up the stains and growth. We were then able to use our pressure wash equipment to clean the entire exterior of the home removing all of the dirt, stains, and growth. The results gave the appearance that the house had been newly painted.

Now it was on to the immense, multilevel deck facing the lake. There was a substantial amount of algae and organic growth on the deck. There are large oak trees whose leaves had fallen, and they had decomposed and stained much of the deck. We began by applying a pre-treatment solution using our soft-wash application equipment to break down the stains and to begin to kill the organic growth. And just as with the house, this treatment loosened up the stains and growth. We then used our pressure wash system to fully clean all of the decks. You can see in the pictures that the results speak for themselves.

Finally, we moved on to cleaning the large concrete driveway. A contractor had recently been working on the property and their trucks and forklift had left a significant amount of tire marks on the driveway. We used an environmentally safe (and lawn friendly) solution to break down the tire marks. We were then able to use our surface cleaning equipment to pressure wash the entire driveway and bring the concrete back to it’s original, like new, look.

Our customer was extremely pleased with the results. They had the photographer come out the next day to take the photos for the Airbnb posting.
