Top Quality House Washing of Estate Property in Southlake, TX

We received a call from a homeowner in Southlake. They were in need of pressure washing to clean various areas and buildings of their estate property. The homeowner had been contacted by a realtor who’s client was interested in viewing the property in order to make a possible offer. The homeowner knew that they needed to have several areas of their property cleaned in order to make the best impression on the potential buyer. They decided to call in the professional team at Focus PowerWash to insure that the exterior of their estate grounds would be in immaculate shape for the viewing.

The areas that the homeowner needed cleaned included the immense concrete and stone driveway, paving stones in the front entry way, a retaining wall, and a large barn in the acreage behind their home.

We started by working on the concrete and stone driveway. There was a substantial amount of algae and organic growth on the north facing side of the driveway. There are large oak trees whose fallen leaves had decomposed and stained much of this area. We started out by applying a pre-treatment solution using our soft-wash application equipment to break down the stains and begin to kill the organic growth. While the pre-treatment on the driveway was working it’s magic, we turned our attention to the paving stones and retaining wall. There was a bit of algae and organic growth on these areas as well, so we used a similar pre-treatment solution to jumpstart the cleaning process. Using our high pressure wands, we then cleaned the paving stones and retaining wall giving them a clean, crisp and fresh look. Now it was back to the driveway. The pre-treatment had worked it’s magic. We used our high pressure hot water (200+ degrees) surface cleaning machine to tackle this part of the project. Having the right equipment makes all the difference. We were able to knock out the several thousand square feet of driveway in fairly short order.

Now it was on to the barn. The homeowner let us know that it had been several years since the barn had been thoroughly cleaned. And boy did it show it! There was quite a bit of dirt that had built up inside, there were large cobwebs throughout the upper areas, and birds (swallows) had built quite a few nests. After a thorough initial cleaning using our high powered blowers, we got to work using our pressure wash equipment. We cleaned the entire inside of the barn from top to bottom removing all of the dirt, cobwebs and nests that had built up over the years.

In the end the homeowner was ecstatic with the results. She was amazed at how we were able to clean and remove the stains and growth on her driveway. She said she thought they would never come out. And she was so pleased with the clean and crisp look of the paving stones and entry way leading up to her home. And finally, she was extremely satisfied with how the barn came out. She was certainly ready for the prospective buyers visit.
